Remarkable Coffee Shop

I know of this small caffe in Exeter that has gradually gone down hill after a recent takeover, I’m not going to name it. I have however been thinking about how such a business could be revived?

The answer is so easy, free coffee. Just Instant Coffee. Can you imagine it? A few local advertisements and they would attract scores of visitors, some which would of course purchase Dinner, Cakes etc.

Would you be tempted by such a place?
