Cameron has said that he feels it is good the the courts are sending a tough message out to everyone. He explained that it is teh decision of the courts as to what sentences they decide on but he felt that it is was good that they felt they were able to send out a tough message.

It is felt that over sentencing may result in many people appealing against their sentences. However, these may not be so widely publicised as the original sentencing, which sends out a string message to anyone who is tempted to get involved in rioting or theft.

There has been a suggestion by the BBC legal correspondent that the courts themselves have got involved in an act of collective hysteria by giving out tough sentences together in the same way that the rioters and looters did. The public mood is that they should be made an example of and with this pressure they may get carried away. However, because they have guidelines as to what the sentence should be, then they are just sticking to those and there is no reason why they should not be tough when this country needs to do everything that it can to prevent something like this happening again.

The government are cutting back on public services, but this is because the country is in a huge amount of debt. If we do not get out of debt then things will just get worse and worse for future generations and we are all suffering as a result. many of us are thinking that we are prepared to do this so that our children have a better future, but there seem to be a selection of the community who feel that they should never have to suffer. They feel they deserve to be given everything on a plate and they should not have to work for it and this is why they are walking in to shops and stealing things.

What should the government do about this? It is very difficult to know. We could do with giving all children a sense that they can achieve whatever they want. We should fill them with positive affirmations and a sense of ambition so they work hard to get themselves in to a better situation. Perhaps change needs to start in schools or maybe even earlier – should parents be educated in how to bring up their children so that the country can have a more positive nation?

He said that he would not name them and said that there should be no publicity about those who were cleared of suspicion. He said that some cases were due to data entry mistakes by the MP in question or by his department. His letter of resignation stated that he did not feel that the job was the right role for him and that that it was with regret that he wanted to resign the post. His response from Sir Ian Kennedy, the chairman said that he knew the decision has been thought about thoroughly and that it was with regret that he accepted his resignation. Martyn Taylor will take over as acting compliance office moving from hi role as the head of governance and will be the third person to step in to the role in just over a year.

The role has obviously been a difficult one, with so many MP’s being found guilty of not declaring tehir expenses properly or claiming for things which they should not have done. It is obviously a stressful role and one that hopefully, the new post holder will find it to suit them better.

Some MP’s were paying up to ten times the commercial rate for IT equipment such as £3,500 for a desktop PC. The committee said that this was a huge waste of public money.

The government have said that they are making improvements to the way that it bought computer equipment and the current government has stopped overly expensive IT projects.

The committee have recommended that the MP’s use small and medium IT companies for buying tehir equipment so that they can bring down the costs. They went on to say that because many MP’s have very little IT knowledge they use contractors to do a lot of IT which is expensive and it has often meant that systems are ordered which are very over budget and late.

The government has warned that MP’s need to be more vigilant with IT suppliers to make sure that they are getting good value for money. They have also said that they have already put some cost cutting projects in place to help solve this problem. It seems like they need to go to a few price comparison websites before ordering hardware and software and then they would know what sort of prices they could pay for equipment. Obviously some of their items will be specialist and have to come via particular channels, but they would still have an idea of whether things were grossly overpriced or not.

He is (with my limited football insight and plenty of reading over the last few weeks) the best man for the job at this present momment in time, he also wants to be the football manager, there is a lot to be said about someone wanting to do a job, especially someone with his experience/background. Especially when he could leave and will be paid in full the entire duration of his contract and even possibly more (upto 10 million). Therefore, atleast in the short term, he would be better off for being removed as England manager.

Not sure why I’m writing about Football, just feel strong he is the right man for the job and he shouldn’t be blamed for the poor performance of the British players. Think thats about it.. fools who want him to resign, I think making a mistake.

Windows 7 also boasts a whole array of new functions compared to the Vista OS which is made to improve user experience. Overall, I would recommend buying Windows 7 – it is smoother and easier to use than Vista and so far has proved to be a lot less buggy.

1. Lose weight, or at least not put anymore on. I suspect this will be a popular choice for many. I’ve lost about 14 pounds over the course of the year. Not amazing but going in the right direction.
2. Make several important transitions over January/February efficiently and cost effectively as possible. I successfully changed jobs at the start of February and relocated to North Yorkshire from Devon.
3. Continue to make a profit and therefore save money towards my house. I reckon I’m about halve way to a deposit! Purchased the house I wanted in November and continue to make a profit, albeit smaller than before (the recession has hit some of my clients).
4. Stop drinking so much beer by switching to Wines and Spirits (not that I drink a lot). I barely touch beer and did in the early part of 2009 drink a lot of wine. I now drink virtually nothing most of the time.
5. Increase my Carbon Footprint. Haha. My new car did that one.

For 2010 my resolutions are:

1. Continue loosing weight towards my goal of 12 stone (presently 13.5 on last check).
   - No more Biscuits in Work!
2. Join a gym and start to exercise regularly
3. Grow my affiliate earnings further in the Dating Sector, giving me more financial independence.
4. Build on my Relationship with Jo (Girlfriend) & Oliver (her son) (Photo taken by Exesight), move them in.
5. To blog on here at least every other week.
6. Decorate the upstairs of my house (2 x bedrooms & bathrooom)
7. Become a better SEO for my clients & myself.
